About The Author

Mohsine Gdid
Mohsine “Mo” Gdid is a leadership thinker, human resources executive, and advocate for human-centered leadership.
His journey began far from executive boardrooms.
After immigrating from Morocco to the United States in 2008, Mo started his career working on the production floor of a meat processing plant in Iowa. The work was cold, demanding, and relentless—but it became the foundation for his leadership philosophy.
Those early experiences taught him something that would shape the rest of his career:
Leadership begins with seeing people.
Through perseverance, continuous learning, and a deep commitment to people-first leadership, Mo rose from frontline work to executive leadership roles in human resources and organizational development.
Today, he helps organizations build stronger cultures by focusing on empathy, dignity, and human connection.
His philosophy centers around what he calls the S.H.O.W. Framework, which represents the four pillars of authentic leadership:
Sincerity
Humility
Ownership
Wisdom
Mo believes that great leaders never forget where they started and never lose sight of the people who do the hardest work.
Through Heart of the Line: From Factory Floor to the C‑Suite, he shares the lessons learned from the factory floor to inspire a new generation of leaders.
